**Last Updated: August 31, 2026**

Welcome to **UnknownServices**. By accessing our storefront, creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms, our **Refund Policy**, and our **Privacy Policy**, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our storefront or purchase our products.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 1. Digital Products

All products offered by UnknownServices are **digital products or digital services**.

Product listings may contain important information regarding:

* Product features and specifications
* Delivery method and estimated delivery time
* Requirements or limitations
* Warranty coverage
* Activation or usage instructions
* Additional terms specific to the product

**You are responsible for reading the complete product description before purchasing.**

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the product, its requirements, its limitations, and the applicable warranty or delivery terms.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 2. Orders & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered automatically or within the estimated timeframe displayed on the applicable product page.

Depending on the product, fulfillment may occur through:

* Automatic delivery
* The Shoppex Customer Dashboard
* Email
* A support ticket
* Another delivery method specified on the product page

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

* Payment verification
* Inventory or stock availability
* Technical problems
* Cryptocurrency confirmation times
* Third-party service interruptions
* Incorrect or incomplete customer information
* Unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control

UnknownServices is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand how a purchased product is intended to be used and for following all instructions provided with the product.

UnknownServices is not responsible for problems resulting from:

* Incorrect use or configuration
* Failure to follow provided instructions
* Unauthorized modification of a product
* Sharing, transferring, or reselling a product where prohibited
* Use outside the product's stated requirements
* Violation of a third-party platform's rules or policies
* Customer-provided information being incorrect or incomplete

Where applicable, products should be tested promptly after delivery. Issues discovered after a product has been modified, transferred, shared, or otherwise used contrary to its intended purpose may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 4. Payments

Customers must complete payment using an approved payment method made available during checkout.

For cryptocurrency payments, the customer is solely responsible for verifying:

* The cryptocurrency being sent
* The blockchain network being used
* The payment amount
* The destination address
* Any applicable transaction fees

Payments sent using an incorrect cryptocurrency, network, address, or insufficient amount may be delayed, rejected, or permanently unrecoverable.

UnknownServices cannot guarantee recovery of incorrectly submitted cryptocurrency payments.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds and replacements are governed by our **Refund Policy** and any warranty specifically stated on the applicable product page.

Because our products are digital, completed deliveries are generally considered final.

Eligible issues must be reported within **24 hours of delivery** or within the specific warranty period stated on the product listing, whichever is applicable.

When reviewing a claim, UnknownServices may request reasonable evidence, including:

* Screenshots
* Screen recordings
* Error messages
* Order or invoice information
* Relevant account information
* Other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may prevent a claim from being approved.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

Customers are expected to use our services honestly and in good faith.

The following activities may result in an order being cancelled, support being denied, an account being restricted, or a customer being permanently banned:

* Fraudulent transactions
* Unauthorized payment disputes
* False or misleading refund claims
* Chargeback abuse
* Attempting to circumvent store policies
* Exploiting technical or promotional errors
* Providing intentionally false information
* Abuse or harassment of support staff
* Other fraudulent or abusive conduct

If you experience a legitimate issue with an order, please contact UnknownServices support before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible. We will be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

UnknownServices reserves the right to refuse service where fraud, abuse, or other prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 7. Third-Party Services

Some products may depend on third-party platforms, games, applications, websites, servers, or other services.

UnknownServices does not control these third parties and is not responsible for:

* Service outages
* Platform changes
* Account restrictions or bans
* Policy changes
* Feature removals
* Compatibility changes
* Server downtime
* Third-party security incidents
* Changes to third-party requirements

Third-party compatibility may change at any time, and continued compatibility cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable product listing.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 8. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

UnknownServices may change product descriptions, pricing, availability, stock levels, warranties, features, or delivery methods at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to keep store information accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing, listing, or technical error affects an order, UnknownServices reserves the right to investigate the situation and, where legally permitted, take appropriate corrective action.

The terms and product information applicable to an order are generally those presented at the time the order was placed.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 9. Policy Updates

UnknownServices may update these Terms of Service and related policies when reasonably necessary.

Updated Terms will become effective when published on the storefront unless a different effective date is stated.

The version of the Terms generally applicable to an order will be the version in effect when that order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Continued use of the storefront after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

By using UnknownServices, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access our services and purchase the products offered.

You agree not to use our products or services in a manner that:

* Infringes the rights of another person or organization
* Involves fraud, deception, or unauthorized activity

You are solely responsible for your use of any purchased product after delivery.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 11. Support

Customer support is available through the **Shoppex Customer Dashboard** and our official support-ticket system.

Customers may open a general support ticket even if they do not currently have an order.

For order-related issues, customers should provide the applicable:

* Order ID
* Invoice ID
* Product name
* Relevant screenshots or evidence

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with support staff.

Threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or intentionally disruptive behavior may result in support restrictions or termination of access to UnknownServices.

## 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnknownServices shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnknownServices' total liability relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

## 14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

## 15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement governing your use of UnknownServices and your purchase of our products.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific product's clearly stated terms, the product-specific terms will generally apply to that particular purchase to the extent permitted by law.
